You are invited to stop by the Kemper Center for Home Gardening to see the latest project my volunteers and I have put together for the ‘Native Milkweed for Monarchs’ display. It is part of our Visual Guide Demonstrations featured bi-monthly. We decided that cardstock would hold up the best because of the humidity from the plants. Mother Nature Did Most of the Work

Holiday Tree at Kemper Center
The Kemper Center for Home Gardening is all decked out in its finest holiday decorations! This year’s theme is a “Victorian Christmas” so you will see wonderful creations made from materials used in the 1800s such as pinecones, dried and fresh flowers, fruit, pages from ladies magazines, fabric, doilies, and candles.
