REGISTER

As a Scout Leader, can I have my troop/den’s guardians register their scouts individually or do I have to register my entire group myself?

New in 2020: Please register your entire troop or den at the same time. This allows for a smoother check-in process. If you must add participants to your roster after your first registration is processed, you can do so under your name only.

If registering individually, each registrant must check-in to receive their event materials. We will not be grouping troops and dens together based on their registration information.

How do I add participants to my original registration?

We cannot manually add participants to your original registration. Please sign back into our registration system to register more participants, indicating what troop, pack, den or chaperone they are participating with. Please keep in mind that you may only make changes up to one week before the event.

What if we do not want to participate with our troop/den and prefer to participate as a family/individuals?

You may register individually without your troop or den. Registration information will not be grouped based on troop or den numbers. Please check-in when you arrive to receive your event materials.

Are walk-ups permitted?

No, walk-ups are not permitted.

Do we have to check in by a certain time?

Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m. Please try to check in by 11 a.m. in order to ensure that you can participate in all the offered activities before the event ends at noon.

There will be limited picnic tables available at the Glassberg Pavilions, so be prepared with a picnic blanket. You may picnic wherever you like as long as it’s not on a path.  Trash and recycling bins are available at the Glassberg Pavilions.

Feel free to visit every table, regardless of your scout’s level. There will also be STEM/nature activity tables hosted by program partners like the World Bird Sanctuary, Endangered Wolf Center and the Saint Louis Zoo.
