Free evening outdoor concert featuring Big Brother Thunder and the Master Blasters. The group blends funk-soul with rock and jazz by pulling from African, Caribbean and Brazilian styles and rhythms. They create soul-moving, foot-stomping world beats while mixing in tastes of home, creating an inescapably
danceable sound. This eclectic unit has had the privelege to perform at events
such as St. Louis's annual Mardi Gras celebration and the Big Muddy
Blues Festival, and has shared the stage with legendary musicians
Lee Fields and Chuck Berry, among other world class artists.
