Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a four course dinner hosted by a wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region. Dinners will be served at various locations around the Missouri Botanical Garden and are held on the third Friday of the month. February’s theme is Sonoma County. Crab Meat Pots de Crème Unmolded Upon Housemade English Muffin Toast with Sorrell  Butter and Guajillo Chile Reduction


Third Course

Sauteed Sweet Breads with Sweet-Sour Shallots, Bitter Greens Creamed with Labna and Pancetta, Bison Meatloaf


Dessert

Humboldt Fog Cheese, Fig-Apricot Compote, Almond Tuile
