Tickets
Online Tickets are delivered to buyers via one of two options:
  • Will Call — Your ticket(s) will be available for pickup from a ticketing station at the Garden's visitor entrance.
  • Print at Home/Mobile Device Delivery — Your ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address you provide. Please ensure that your inbox will accept mail from visitorservices@mobot.org (if you choose this option and do not receive an email, please check your spam or bulk folder).

To avoid ticket lines upon arrival, we encourage you to select Print at Home/Mobile Device Delivery. All events are rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Garden Members

Garden Members must enter their membership number to access the reduced price tickets. Membership numbers are printed under the barcode on membership cards.

Review Your Membership Level Before Purchasing
Members and Senior Members are eligible for two tickets at the member price. Garden Plus Members are eligible for four tickets at the member price. Family Members and above are eligible for 10 tickets at the member price.

Zoo-Museum District Discount

In appreciation for their ongoing support of the Garden through the Metropolitan Zoological Park and Museum District, St. Louis City/County residents enjoy discounted general admission to the Garden and free Garden admission on Wednesday and Saturday mornings before noon (exception: special admission rate events). Proof of residency is required.

Inclement Weather Policy

Event tickets are nonrefundable and valid rain or shine. Individual activities may be cancelled due to inclement weather or ground saturation. As conditions are constantly in flux, we are unable to foresee cancellations or future changes to the event schedule.

During certain special events, weather information will be posted on our home page as well as our Twitter feed at www.twitter.com/mobotgarden. You may also visit the ticket counter for on-site updates throughout the day.
