Basil grows like gangbusters in the hot St. Louis summers, and there are so many more basil varieties than Italian Genovese. Join Anne Carpenter, owner of The Kitchen Conservatory, to learn about basil around the world. Elevate and expand your basil garden from cinnamon and lemon basils to Greek and Thai basils, plus the intensely aromatic holy basil. This program is presented in collaboration with the St. Louis Herb Society, whose annual Herb Sale will take place on April 24 (Member Preview) and 25.
