How far did your lunch travel? Of the 400,000 or so plant species, how many are edible? Are we really what we eat? This fun, hands-on, interactive exhibit will challenge visitors of all ages to explore what they eat in ways that spark curiosity, ignite ideas and inspire action. Visit the Brookings Interpretive Center to test your Food IQ, calculate how far your food travels, travel the globe to “eat” at another family’s kitchen table, and take home a Family Food Challenge journal of your own!
