Celebrity Chef Monday: Vince Bommarito, Jr.
We are honored and excited to welcome Vince Bommarito, Jr. to kick off Celebrity Chef Mondays, part of the Garden’s Savor Your Summer celebration. Vince is the executive chef at Tony’s, an internationally renowned and award-winning Italian restaurant known for its excellent service, luxurious food and extensive wine list.

Tony’s has been in the Bommarito family since the ‘40s, and has been a staple of St. Louis dining since its opening. Vince maintains that legacy by ensuring that his kitchen is always supplied with fine and fresh ingredients. Watch him work and sample the results Monday, June 3 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Kemper Center kitchen.
