Celebrity Chef Monday: Carl McConnell
Carl McConnell will be joining us on July 15th for Celebrity Chef Monday.

Carl is the founder and co-owner of Stone Soup Cottage in Cottleville, Missouri, and has been involved in the culinary field for over 20 years. He has apprenticed with Chef James MacDonald at Tratoria Bella Ciao in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he was able to gain considerable skill in preparing traditional southern French and Italian meals. Since Michigan he has worked at Clipper Cruise Line, American Orient Express rail line, and TCS Expeditions. He has been featured in many publications, has appeared on the PBS program The Rockies by Rail, and has received awards from the American Culinary Federation and the National Restaurant Association.

The Stone Soup Cottage focuses on the chef’s specialty of European fare from southern France and Italy, and you can get a taste of this at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the 15th.
