Celebrity Chef Monday: Josh Galliano
Celebrity Chef Monday welcomes Josh Galliano this Monday, July 29th.

Galliano is the executive chef at The Libertine in Clayton, Missouri. Galliano grew up in New Orleans and attended Cordon Bleu London. While studying in Europe, his passion for all things culinary grew.

Galliano has worked at Commander’s Palace and Restaurant Daniel to gain experience and hone his skill. He finally settled in St. Louis, where he has won the Food and Wine’s Best New Chef: Midwest and has been nominated for the James Beard-Best Chef in the Midwest award.

The Libertine is a neighborhood gathering place that exists to become a favorite watering hole to all who visit. At the Libertine, Galliano crafts an approachable and inventive menu, and we hope you can come and see how he creates his dishes at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
