Spring break usually brings thoughts of relaxation, sleeping in, and spending the break doing everything or absolutely nothing at all. However, 10 youth and young adults dedicated their spring break to make an environmental impact!

Don't miss the Science and Sustainability Open House on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at two of the Garden's rarely seen behind-the-scenes areas.

Recently 800 excited visitors joined Garden botanists and members of the Garden’s EarthWays Center and Education division for a rare look at the Garden’s work in plant science and sustainability here in our region and around the world.

This dreadful bush’s berries are glossy red, its leaves are still green and clinging, and the ticks and chiggers are (mostly) gone from the woods it infests.
