Tours for You
The Missouri Botanical Garden has numerous tour options for adults, students, families, and children. Whether you desire a private walking tour, a private tram tour, or a class field trip, check out your choices below!
Guided walks and tours are also offered as classes at our three campuses: Missouri Botanical Garden, Shaw Nature Reserve, and Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House. View available guided walks and tours.

The Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes group tours. Special pricing and accommodations are available for adult or youth tour operators of 15 or more when booked in advance with our Tourism Department.

All of these services need to be arranged and pre-paid at least 21 days in advance of the visit date. For more information or to book a visit, click on the Tourism Inquiry Form and enter your complete details. A member of the Tourism Department will contact you as soon as possible.

April – October Weekdays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., departing every hour on the hour Weekends: 9:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., departing every 40 minutes $4 adults and children (ages 3–12) Free children (ages 2 & under) when seated on a lap Purchase tickets at the tram shelter.

Trams do not operate in case of lightning. Trams cannot be guaranteed and may not be available on days preceding, during and following signature events (including Lantern Festival Grand Opening Weekend, Japanese Festival and Best of Missouri Market); please email visitorservices@mobot.org or call (314) 577-5101 for specifics.
