Everyone needs a good night’s sleep for a healthy body and mind, but stress and anxiety can often keep you from getting the sleep you need. Can plants help?  Some people think they can and my experience says that can also. For example, to get the sleep I and my young  boys needed I turned to a common, fragrant plant for help. My Christmas cactus is blooming right now but why do some bloom around Easter and Thanksgiving? There are three types of holiday cactus: Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
