Private tram tours are currently unavailable.

Private tram tours are available for groups of 15 or more. Email Group Sales or call (800) 332-1286 to make your reservation.

Trams do not operate in case of lightning. Trams cannot be guaranteed and may not be available on days preceding, during and following signature events (including Chinese Culture Days, Japanese Festival and Best of Missouri Market); please email or call (314) 577-5101  for specifics.

Trams are wheelchair accessible. Due to safety concerns, we are not able to accommodate personal motorized equipment on our trams. Visitors are welcome to leave their motorized equipment at the tram shelter until the end of the tour and may transfer to a complimentary wheelchair to enjoy the tour. A printed copy of the tram script is available upon request for visitors with hearing difficulties. Please ask a visitor services attendant for assistance when boarding.
