• Dogtown "Passive House": Checking in with Homeowner Dan Berg—After Eight Years, How's Green Living Going?
  Explore the process and experience of building and living in a "Passive House" which focuses on energy use, insulation, air movement, and cutting energy use by 90percent compared to typical construction by using a universal standard. The Berg's "Passive House" home has no electric bills during April–October and no gas bills at all (thanks to solar energy). Watch the workshop video to learn why and how this Dogtown "Passive House" was built, with a virtual tour at the end!
   
• Creating Healthy Homes: with Kevin Kennedy of Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City
  Spend some time with one of the nation's foremost experts on Healthy Homes in this workshop with Kevin Kennedy of Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. He walks us through the steps towards making our indoor environment as healthy as can be. Also, use the checklists he has shared to look around your residence, whether single family house or a multifamily structure, and see the steps you can take on your own as we all journey to healthier and more energy efficient places we call, 'home.'
