Join the Missouri Botanical Garden for a celebration of Kwanzaa honoring the African-American cultural holiday rooted in the Seven Principles of community, creativity, and collective well-being. Guests of all ages are invited to learn, reflect, and enjoy hands-on activities throughout the day.

Take part in an engaging and educational food demonstration by Ann’s Root’s Microgreens, celebrating the principles of Kwanzaa through culture, creativity, and cuisine. Learn about the health benefits, sustainability, and cultural roots of microgreens and how they connect to the spirit of unity, creativity, and community wellness.

11 a.m. | Performance: Spirit of Angela West African Dance & Drum

Experience a powerful and uplifting performance by Spirit of Angela West African Dance & Drum, celebrating the rich rhythms, movement, and cultural traditions of West Africa.
