Tuesday, December 9; 2–3:30 p.m.
Do you love tea? Join our resident tea fanatic to learn about black tea (Camellia sinensis), and all the ways it makes us feel good. This class will touch on the fascinating history of tea, as well as ways to use tea as a practice for slowing down and savoring the present moment. You will learn about making black and green tea blends, and you will get to take home a 4 oz. jar of your own custom creation. And of course, we will drink a fantastic cup of tea.

Three mocktailsBotanical Mocktails
Wednesday, January 14; 5:30–7 p.m.
Sip, savor, and get inspired in this refreshing class focused on crafting beautiful, alcohol-free botanical mocktails. Learn how to blend herbs, fruits, flowers, and spices into elegant, flavorful drinks perfect for entertaining or everyday enjoyment. Our instructors Liz and Julie will walk you through recipes and techniques while you sample a variety of seasonal mocktails. Participants will receive recipes for liquor substitutes and supplies to create their own garden-to-glass beverages at home.

Cup of teaTherapeutic Benefits of Herbal Tea
Monday, February 2; 2–3:30 p.m.
Join our Therapeutic Horticulture team for a primer on all things tea! Learn about the history of tea, the difference between a tea and a tisane, and how teatime can help improve well-being. We will taste test several of our favorite herbal teas, and then you will have the opportunity to try your hand at making your own special tea flavor. Participants will take home a 4 oz. jar of their own custom herbal tea blend.
