Please contact classes@mobot.org or (314) 577-5140 for cancellations one week prior to class date for a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued for missed classes or cancellations less than one week prior to class. To reschedule contact scoutprograms@mobot.org.
Programs are usually held rain or shine provided the Missouri Botanical Garden is open to the public. We will notify you 1.5 hours in advance if there is a cancellation for thunderstorms and/or excessive snowfall/rainfall. Please contact the Scout Instructor if you need further notice. In the event the Garden should close due to inclement weather, we will notify you immediately and work with you to place your scout in an upcoming workshop. If no rescheduling arrangements can be made, any paid program fees will be refunded in full.
