Start the new year with a resolution you’ll enjoy—taking better care of your body while taking care of your garden. Madeline Hooper, creator and host of the acclaimed public television series
GardenFit, leads this interactive program designed to help gardeners move with strength and ease. Discover simple techniques for posture, balance, and body mechanics that make everyday gardening tasks—like lifting, bending, weeding, and digging—more comfortable and sustainable. You’ll leave with practical stretches, warmups, and movement techniques that will keep gardening joyful, not painful, for seasons to come.
