News from the EarthWays Center

Attention: Folks who plan the scout outing, monthly socials, or congregation picnic can now GO GREEN with help from the EarthWays Center and the The United States Environmental Protection.

We are moving forward with 107 projects through the fall of 2017 and spring of 2018. Grant awards will come out to over $280,000. This is double last year’s total! Having received 82 applications and moving forward with 66 projects for a total of over $160,000 in awards in the 2016-17 Round.

This dreadful bush’s berries are glossy red, its leaves are still green and clinging, and the ticks and chiggers are (mostly) gone from the woods it infests.
