Classes for Professionals

The Shaw Series for Stormwater and Landscape Professionals

The Shaw Series hosts informal events that bring professionals together to share experience and insight around 21st century issues such as community landscape planning and storm water management. Themes vary from municipal planning to public perceptions of native landscapes, developing successful landscape specifications, maintenance plans and more. Learn more

Opportunities for Teachers

We offer professional development opportunities for educators in all roles and environments. Workshops often involve field trips, hands-on lessons and activities and meaningful discussions. Topics include energy production; usage and conservation; reduce, reuse, recycle; and other sustainability topics.

Internships

The EarthWays Center offers internship opportunities to college students seeking to gain experience or college credit in outreach and education-related fields with an emphasis in conservation and sustainability.
