With this training you can become a Home Energy Score Assessor. The BPI BSP Certificate is the easiest threshold to qualify for HES Assessor training, but there are others you might already have as well. This course offers CEUs for many of your existing certifications as well.

A Home Energy Score Assessment will give you and your clients insights into how a particular home is performing in relation to others as well as generating an action plan to make energy efficiency improvements in order to raise the score, lower the bills and increase comfort.

The training involves a guided walk through of the computer simulation house models required as part of the certification process as well as tips and techniques for appropriate data collection. It also includes a mentored first assessment which will qualify you for independently providing HES Assessments to your customers.

Please contact Richard Reilly at rreilly@mobot.org with questions about costs, scheduling and putting together 12 hours of class and independent training time that includes you.
