Private Event Rentals

For a unique evening for guests, your event can be hosted in the Exhibit Hall and the Lopata Learning Lab.

Availability

• 4-hour time frame
• Must be after public hours

Rental Fee:

• $1500

Details

• Conservatory open to all event guests, for up to an hour (prior to sunset)
• Dining tables and chairs for up to 60 guests seated or 80 guests cocktail style
• Must use one of our approved caterers

Events can be hosted outdoors on our elegant Emerson Lakeside Terrace, during the day or in the evening, to fit your special celebration’s needs.

• $1,800

• Conservatory open to all event guests
• Dining tables and chairs for up to 100 seated guests OR 120 guests for cocktail style event
• Does not include wedding ceremonies 
• Must use one of our approved caterers
