Teen Network

ECO-ACT is an environmental leadership program for high school juniors and seniors.

SAGE is a service program for students ages 14–18.

The Youth Garden Program is an intensive summer program for students grades 8–11 interested in exploring urban agriculture.

TREES is a fun opportunity at the Shaw Nature Reserve for students in grades 9–12 to become more familiar with natural settings. 

SIFT is an informal field-based education program at the Shaw Nature Reserve for students entering their junior year.

For Youth and Pre-Teens

Kids navigate the Shaw Nature ReserveHabitat Helpers is designed to help kids in grades 4–5 build knowledge of the natural world by exploring the Shaw Nature Reserve’s prairies, woodlands and aquatic communities.

H2O is a fun and educational program for kids in grades 6–8 to become more familiar with natural settings by focusing on ecosystems at the Shaw Nature Reserve, and instruction in outdoor skills.
