Rest your feet, relax and enjoy the sights — experience the Missouri Botanical Garden by tram! Narrated tram tours run approximately 25-30 minutes and provide an excellent opportunity to see and learn about many of the beautiful display gardens, sculptures and buildings you can visit during your day at the Garden.
Learn the history and evolution of the Garden and then explore some of its most popular attractions with stops at the Kemper Center for Home Gardening, the Japanese Garden, and the Victorian District and Tower Grove House.
April – October Weekdays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., departing every hour on the hour Weekends: 9:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., departing every 40 minutes $4 adults and children (ages 3–12) Free children (ages 2 & under) when seated on a lap Purchase tickets at the tram shelter.

Trams do not operate in case of lightning. Trams cannot be guaranteed and may not be available on days preceding, during and following signature events (including Lantern Festival Grand Opening Weekend, Japanese Festival and Best of Missouri Market); please email visitorservices@mobot.org or call (314) 577-5101 for specifics.
Trams are wheelchair accessible. A printed copy of the tram script is available upon request for visitors with hearing difficulties. Please ask a visitor services attendant for assistance when boarding.
