Full Week Rates

Registrations for the full week (Sunday, April 26–Friday, May 1, 2015) include:

bus transportation to and from host hotel and Congress events
breakfast at host hotel for the five days of the Congress
lunches at the Missouri Botanical Garden for the five days of the Congress
all Congress social events (the Welcome Reception at the Garden on Sunday, April 26, the Tour & Dinner at the Shaw Nature Reserve on Wednesday, April 29 and the Missouri History Museum Event & Dinner on Thursday, April 30)

Additional Guests
For full-week delegates with accompanying guests: guest registration includes breakfast vouchers at hotel and entry to all social functions. Fee for accompanying guest is $275.

For those wishing to register for individual days of the Congress, not the entire full-week program, below are the standard per-day rates:

Social Functions
All social functions are included in the full-week or additional guest rates ONLY. The fees below are for single-day registrants who may wish to attend:

$45	Welcome Reception at the Missouri Botanical Garden Sunday, April 26 (fee applies to single-day registrants only)
$65	Shaw Nature Reserve Tour & Dinner Wednesday, April 29 (fee applies to single-day registrants only)
$00	Missouri History Museum Event & Dinner Thursday, April 30 (fees covered by BGCI grant for all participants)
