Cuentos en el Museo/Story Time
Storytelling programs at the Missouri History Museum engage our youngest visitors and their families with songs, movement, traditional and contemporary storybooks, and local history. Our Cuentos en el Museo program brings together our storytelling program with a Spanish-English reader. The theme for July 9 is fruit/frutas. Yum! Summer is the best time to enjoy fresh fruit. |

Drop-in Craft Workshop: Fruit-inspired Recycled Collage
Join us after Cuentos en el Museo to make a special collage creation. We’ve collected a variety of used colored paper and packaging so that you can recycle them using your artistic skills to create a fruit-inspired collage. |

Bags 2 Bench
Check out a traveling bench made of recycled materials. The bench, produced by Ranken Technical Institute and made of Trex® materials, serves as a visual reminder that responsible recycling of plastic bags and wraps—the number one contaminant in the single-stream recycling process—matters. The first 300 guests will receive a colorful reusable bag. |
