Sustainability Education Opportunities

While this is difficult time across the nation, teachers are dealing with a lot of shifting in their school year and teaching methods. We hope to be able to continue to work to provide the best programs and professional development we can as an education and sustainability organization.

The Missouri Botanical Garden and EarthWays Center team is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic daily and responding accordingly to protect the health of all.

Sustainability Institute for Educators: 
Equity and Justice in a Changing Climate
June 23-25, 2020 – Postponed until June 2021

Due to complications and uncertainties from the COVID-19 pandemic and to keep all our Sustainability minded educators safe, we are postponing the Summer 2020 Sustainability Institute for Educators.

We will be presenting this conference next summer, June 22-24, 2021. We will be providing resources related to the topics of climate change education, environmental justice, and educational equity at webster.edu/sie . This will be dynamic content available between now and the 2021 Institute.
