EarthWays Center Staff Updates

Here are the following promotions and staff additions to the Garden's Sustainability Division:

Kat Golden has been promoted to Senior Manager, Sustainability Initiatives as she manages the Career, Community and Education teams for the division and directly supports the Vice President.

Allison Joyce has been promoted to Manager, Natural Environments Programs as she manages multiple programs and staff in rainscaping, native plants, invasive species removal and more.

Jill Maes has been added to our team as our Community Conservation Coordinator! Through support provided by the Missouri Department of Conservation, Jill works with partner organizations to administer multiple conservation initiatives in the St. Louis region. These include volunteer programs like the Community Stewardship Alliance and Honeysuckle Sweep, as well as citizen science projects like BiodiverseCity STL and the City Nature Challenge.

We also have several interns– Elijah Narimalla is working on the Garden’s first Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory and Madison Windsor is supporting the Grow Solar program.

In addition, we have two new subcontractors– the Blackrock Consulting team will help with Grow Solar presentations; and Jaclyn Jezik will help with the St. Louis Green Business Challenge

The Garden has several open positions right now, and a few of them are in sustainability. Come join our team!
