Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a five course dinner hosted by a visiting wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region.

This month, our wine dinner will feature Spanish food and wine with Chef Grace Dinsmoor, formerly from Modesto and now our chef at the Whittemore House at Washington University. Grace is an amazing chef who specializes in food from Spain and Portugal. Her menu will be a reflection of her many experiences from her travels to that part of the world.

Also, this month, the Garden’s Special event – Flora Borealis – will be taking place during and after the wine dinner. This nighttime multi-media event taking place after dark will take you on a 1 mile journey through iconic Garden location transformed through a combination of lights, moving images and sounds that bring the Garden to life like never before. As guests of the wine dinner you will be able to experience Flora Borealis for the special member price. This will be added to your ticket price for the wine dinner. Should you wish to opt out of this experience, please let me know and special arrangements will be made for you to exit the Garden to avoid the crowds after dinner.
