Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a five course dinner hosted by a visiting wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region.

Our speaker is Wayne Bailey, owner of the Youngberg Hill Winery, Willamette, Oregon. Wayne is the son of an Oakland, Iowa farmer with a degree in mechanical engineering who bought the Youngberg Winery in 2003 and launched what he describes as his “fifth career”, that of wine grower and producer. His love for wines, specifically Pinot Noirs began following time spent in Burgundy. All of his wines are organic and biodynamic in nature, and are produced in very small quantities. His wines are available only in nine states!
