Our New Online System
Online Membership and Ticketing System FAQs

In June of 2022, the Missouri Botanical Garden introduced a new online ticketing and membership system. You may notice changes to our online reservation process.

Do I have to create an account to reserve tickets now?

Yes, you must create an account to reserve and manage your tickets, join, renew your membership, or make a donation. Account setup is fast and simple. If you already receive emails from us, then you may already have a login and just need to set up a password (using the “Retrieve Password” link). Otherwise, you will be prompted to create an account with a login and password before checking out.

I reserved tickets, but did not receive a confirmation email?

Please start by checking your email account’s junk mail folder. Be sure to have your email account set up to receive emails sent from membership@mobot.org before you purchase additional tickets. You can also log in to your Garden account, click on your email in the top left and confirm your purchase under “My Upcoming Events” section. Please contact visitorservices@mobot.org for further assistance.

What do I do if I lost my print-at-home tickets?

If you have lost your print-at-home tickets, you can obtain them by logging in to your  Garden account. Click on your email in the top left and then go to the “My Upcoming Events” section. Find the specific event and click “View Tickets” button. Present the QR code on your phone to be scanned upon entering. For further assistance, contact visitorservices@mobot.org.

Information for Members

I am a member. Do I need to reserve tickets in advance for daytime visits?

Advance tickets are not required for regular, daytime visits to the Garden, Butterfly House, and Shaw Nature Reserve. Simply bring your membership card or proof of membership for free entry. Some members choose to reserve their tickets in advance for faster entry.

Advance tickets for special events, including our weekend festivals and Garden Glow, are highly recommended and in some cases, required.

How do I access my member tickets online?

Browse our event calendar and ticket options here.

If it is your first time accessing your member tickets through our new system, you will need to activate your online account and set up a password. If you have provided the Garden with an email address in the past, you should already have an account in our system waiting for activation. Simply click here and submit the email address you use for Garden communications to receive instructions.

If you don’t have a current email address linked to your membership or wish to update your email preferences, please contact the membership team at (314) 577-5118 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or email membership@mobot.org.

There are two named cardholders on my membership. Can we both have logins to access our member benefits?

Accounts are initially set up with only one login and password per membership. If you would like to create a second login to access your shared membership account, please contact the membership team at (314) 577-5118 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or email membership@mobot.org.

I’m a member but I only see full price Adult tickets. Where are my member tickets?

If you are a member, be sure to log in first to see your member benefit pricing. If you don’t see options for member tickets once logged in, please contact the membership team at (314) 577-5118 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or email membership@mobot.org

How many member tickets can I reserve online?

The number of Member Adult tickets you may reserve depends on your level of membership. Members also receive free or discounted tickets for children 12 and under on top of these limits.

  • Individual = 1 Member Adult ticket
  • Garden = 2 Member Adult tickets
  • Friends and Family = 4 Member Adult tickets
  • Festival = 6 Member Adult tickets
  • Garden Giving Societies = 8+ Member Adult tickets

Please Note: Member Adult tickets may be used by members and their guests as long as one named membership cardholder is present.
