Check out this free writing competition co-sponsored by the Missouri Botanical Garden and Gateway Writing Project that authentically integrates creative writing into the science and English language curricula. Students from grades K–12 and adults have the opportunity to write about their experiences outside, with nature and as stewards of the environment. Submissions accepted now through May 11!

Partners for Native Landscaping Talks and Recordings

The St. Louis Earth Day Festival is a community tradition to learn about sustainable products and services offered by local businesses and organizations, meet local area non-profits that share Earth Day values, as well as showcasing local entertainment and local Green Dining Alliance restaurants. Camp EarthWays: Young Green Builders

July 11–15, 2022
For grades 5–8
Explore the built environment with Missouri Botanical Garden's sustainability team—The EarthWays Center. In this week-long camp, investigate sustainable building design, principles, and concepts as you create your fantasy green home. Interact with architects and other green building experts and virtually discover new sites from around the region!
