Join the Missouri Botanical Garden for the ceremonial planting of a sakura flowering cherry tree in the Japanese Garden, Seiwa-en. The symbolic tree, one of 20, is a gift from the Japanese government to honor the 100th anniversary of the 3,000 cherry blossom trees gifted to Washington, DC by Tokyo, Japan in 1912—a living reminder of international friendship and the beauty of nature.
