Join us Monday, June 24 as our Celebrity Chef Mondays series hosts Josh Allen, founder of Companion Baking.

Josh graduated from Stanford University and has been working in the food service industry for most of his life. His family owned the food distribution company Allen Foods, and Josh developed a passion for food while helping out with the family business.

At the age of 24, he started Companion Baking to create wholesome and delicious European breads for the St. Louis region. Since 1993 Companion baked goods have been served in more than 100 local restaurants, 30 local grocery stores, and at Companion’s own cafes in Clayton and Ladue, Missouri. Companion has even been named one of USA Today’s “Top 10 Artisan Bakeries” in the country. Find out why Monday, June 24 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Kemper Center kitchen.
