Celebrity Chef Monday: Anthony Devoti
Chef Anthony Devoti was born and raised in St. Louis and features the local flavors of this region at his restaurant, Five Bistro.

Anthony received his culinary education at St. Louis Community College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After graduating, he worked at St. Louis restaurants ZuZu Petals and Bistro Eau and in San Francisco at Zuni Café.

Anthony focuses his meals around farm-to-table cooking, and the menu at Five Bistro changes daily based on the availability of ingredients sourced from local farms.

Meet Anthony and learn more about his sustainable approach to cooking at our final Celebrity Chef Monday on August 19th at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Kemper Center kitchen.
