Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a five course dinner hosted by a visiting wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region.

The theme for this month’s wine dinner
is Pan-Asian with wines and commentary from Marco Angeli of A.
Bommarito Wines. Those of you who know Marco will appreciate his careful pairings with the exotic culinary treats prepared by Chef Michael Shine of the Sassafras Café. Please join us in the Spink Pavilion for this wonderful dinner. Come early and stroll the Garden. We look forward to seeing you!

Honey soy glazed ono with papaya, onion, ginger & lime

Coconut pudding with pineapple sorbet, macadamia crumble
