Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a five course dinner hosted by a visiting wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region.

This month’s wine dinner will take us to Northern Italy. Chef Michael Shine will be our guest chef and he has selected some of the region’s most favored culinary treats. Our featured speaker is David Goewey DuBou, Director of Sales and Education for Indigenous Selections. He has traveled extensively over the past 20 years collaborating with some of the most iconic winemakers and Master Sommeliers.Indigenous Selections is a family of exceptional Italian producers who are all farmers first. Every-thing they do comes from a winemaker’s per-spective, as they are a unique import company that is owned and managed by a winemaker. Cheers!
