Travel to wine-producing regions around the world through a five course dinner hosted by a visiting wine expert. Chefs from Catering St. Louis will create the regional menu, pairing each course with a different wine from the same region.

The wine dinner this month will be taking place at the Sassafras Cafe at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Our featured country is Belgium and we will serving up some of the country’s most popular dishes with French and German wines accompanying each course. Ben Tollefson is the import manager for A. Bommarito Wines and will be our featured speaker for the evening. Ben is passionate about his love of wine and is always happy to pair some of his favorite wines with our chefs fabulous food.
